I met up with a lovely colleague and now dear friend Jason Hewitt of the wedding workshop at Houchins barn in Essex during this week, he’s part of the events team there and he’s very excited about this years weddings at this new venue.

I just shot a few images as I was given the tour, it’s a really cool venue, different and bold and a real breath of fresh air .

Houchins is an elegant Grade 2* listed farmhouse with beautiful and comfortable accommodation for the bridal party and a splendid new barn complex. Houchins caters for weddings and civil ceremonies from 25 – 150+ people, offering a choice of indoor grandeur, outdoor simplicity or a combination of the two.
